'Is this rule still valid or has it been changed, from how I read it if you don't podium you get your full horsepower back in the next race? My 4% penalty at GVS is worth over a sec a lap there's No way I'm guna get on the podium for this one. But Fuji will be promising if i can be back at full power.
It was changed well before season start. Your penalty for any given round is based on your placing in the previous 2 rounds. Your placing in the previous round yields the full 3, 2, or 1% for a podium and the round before that yields half of that so 1.5, 1, or 0.5. Your penalty for fuji is a minimum of 1.5% with it being 2.5% for 3rd 3.5% for 2nd and 4.5% for 1st at grand valley as a result of winning round 4.

I bandaged it up last night and worked out all I needed it for, was for the upshifts so it wasnt too bad. The rest I could do with my left arm which was stuffed by the end of the race haha...........I have a physio appointment today so hopefully he can narrow down where the issue is
Haven't had any chance to really prac this, just did 20min stint... was doing 1:54s with a 53.7 pb, quite a bit more in it I think? So how slow am I?
Keen to get on soon for some practice, those times are pretty much what I'm doing with 4% penalty, tried it out on the 346 limit to see how much slower I am and can get high 52s low 53s ouch.... Need to sort tyre stradigy I think will be a 3 stopper but will test tonight
ok great.. I need to a bit more practice, hopefully I'll hop on later tonight for 30mins or so. It does seem that power is king. It will be interesting to see how things go during the race, but its a really long straight, and big uphill section.
I will be there tomorrow night, but I am not sure how competitive I will be, as I have an intermittent issue with my pedals.
Is there any point running GOLD tomorrow night? having MINTS out, Mustafur can't make it... It will only be Myself, Anon and Fastboy... unless we join rooms? :S
well considering mint is out for the season, im the only person out, i guess it would be best to combine rooms as there is only going to be 4 at most.
Possibly won't make tonights race unless it rains enough for the grandaughter's hockey practice to be called off. If I can make it I will but don't hang around waiting.
