i would like to see a strict 20 mins for div 2 as well.
last season qualifying was all over the place. so many times i got droped down the list after qualy time had finished cuz people were still putting in laps.

Yep Firewind, thats why i mentioned qualifying time. 20 mins was longer than some of our races and was just suggesting a shorter qualifying time so we can get everyone in the room then start a the shorter qualifying. It seams most of our connection issues start once someone joins the room after the track has been reset. 20 mins is too long in my opinion, a 1:30min lap is 13 laps.
Still we should be the same in all divisions and probably too late to change things for this season was just looking at those who have selflessly accepted the later starting time though are starting work the next day at 4AM.

Left the tyre option open, you were on Racing Med, i was on Racing Hard, wondered why you were a sec faster than me :lol:

What about a 10 min qualifying period max, should be plenty of time to warm the tyre's up and put down some hot laps.

what ever is desided for qualy doesnt bother me as long as we stick to it and keep it consistent throughout the championship 20 mins means 20 mins not 45 mins. if its 10 it 10 not 20 etc...
another thing with long qualy is if u run for 15mins and then pit for new tyres and no fuel u can then take a sec of ur time. i did a 15.2 on light fuel but cant get near that on a full tank.

Leaving it at 20 min for this season, and it will finnish right on the 20 min mark. All drivers should return to pit via little red man and race start coutdown will commence. In public rooms starting race with no one on the track results in less glitch starts i'm told.

why not just start with a clean slate for a new season rather going thro and deleting post.

Yer I could but it still whould mean moving or deleting this hole thread to keep the ranking thread clean. Just wanted to keep all this season discussions and get rid of last seasons, wouldn't take long probably quicker than seting up a new thread in this section and moving the season 3 elswhere.

Just make a new thread for Season 4 Div 2 and rename this one if you can.
I hate the idea of deleting all this conversation from last season for no reason.

Ok one objection is enough and i do go back now nad then and read old post, so I ll get this moved and start a new one for season 4.
