Bah, I go watch the 1000 most years as it's only an hour and a half away from home but I find Motorsport hard to follow. Much rather do it than watch it.

We have 2 drivers willing to maybe adjust the start time by half an hour? If we can get a majority decision in the next few days that would be great.

Simple yes no vote. YES early start, NO stay as it is.

I'm happy to start early so long as all other members that have said they will be on are on at 8. Last night we had everyone in at like 7:40 so an 8 start would have been fine.

Well chaps, last night was an absolute bludger of a race for me, all went well up until race start, with a good practice session and qually with no problems, ended up third or fourth on the grid with a 1.31.0 and was able to do consistent 1.31's to low 1.32's without cooking the tyres or wearing them out. Then it all went pear shaped fast, had a typical slow start, (if anyone can tell me how to get this thing off the line please let me know), then at turn 1 I realised that my FFB wasn't right and had gone extremely light and weird, which caused me to use too much steering lock and understeer through turn 1 and then get tail happy on the way out. This I found out later was due to all my car set up and FFB settings being reset to defaults between qualifying and the race start, so that's another thing to watch out for in the future, I carried on regardless until a few laps in I was thrown out of the game and back to the PS4 home screen for no reason whatsoever, no buttons were pushed or bumped, by the time I was able to return to my car it had obviously carried on without me and parked itself, after I figured out where I was I continued on again, but this time with the added bonus of having no FFB at all. From there I just limped home after numerous offs and visits to the grass, had a few battles along the way but ultimately after being stuffed around by the game I was never really going to trouble the scorers much, an opportunity for a good result wasted by weird ass glitches.
    Cheers

@CobMcCool looks like the glemlins were out in force that race. Really unfortunate. I've also had phantom start and ps button presses on my wheel. Shoddy wire work most probably. I should really have another look at my wheel with a soldering gun and other bits. Not hard to make neat wire connections.

Well im easy when it comes to race times. I'll race whenever my cable network is running smoothly...
In other words Yes i can start earlier.

Any free time during the week to practise so missing maybe half the practise session doesn't impact you too much?
