A couple of things happened over the Weekend... Mustafur tested all cars in the GT300 category and with some power limiting they are within .5 of a sec. Also as i said previously I have dropped a 2 cars from the list and added 1 ....YES it is a GT500 car but as Musta said the aero package is the same and with it limited to 375 bhp it is doing the same time as the other 3 cars. Am going to run a NON CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND TOMORROW NIGHT to see where these cars are at in a race scenario. So have a look at the entry lists and jump in the seat of a car that isn't being used in your division and lets go racing!!! ALSO I would really REALLY like to keep it as true as possible to the Japanese GT300 series so this means 2 things. Firstly a success ballast with be used after each round ( going to use the power meter). This means if you podium in your division you will receive 3% power reduction if you win. If you come 2nd it will be 2% reduction and if you place 3rd a 1% reduction will be handed out. Now if in the next round you podium again you will receive half of the above totals 1st 1.5 2nd 1.0. 3rd 0.5. We can test these during a practice race tomorrow night to see if they are to heavy or to light. Second and probably the hardest thing to "manipulate" (wish it was available in event settings) but it is certainly a major part of the series 'A ROLLING START' I will be the first to scrap it if it doesn't work. It will take a little thought and concentration on the approach to the start line but I think it is achievable. If you don't think it is say so and if more don't like the idea than those that do it will be gone.
