    I'm all for F1 for next season, whether or not I race will mainly depend on the car as I don't have much time now and if I do race it will only be if I really want to. I suggested F1 after our final race and a few of us had a go around nurburgring gp/f.
    But tuning won't be allowed in the sunday series for a while I'm sure, unless something goes wrong with the current non-tuning principle. I know this has been brought up almost every time we have to choose a car for the past couple of seasons, but part of the attraction for me is not worrying about various tuning aspects as I know when I ran cybers trial for the Monday tuning series once, it can make a massive difference. I would have even less time for that.
    If you really want a tuned F1 series, just start one up during the week or something.

    That too, although I thought the Ferraris are quite a bit easier, but yeah, only two tones of red and twice the price of the FormulaGT.

    how about an historic muscle car series with tuning (with a PP+weight limit) so we can get over the gearbox issue? it may just be me but F1 cars (or the red bull thing) can be a bit too challenging to get round a track (without crashing) for casual players such as myself... tuning would also be something that would really liven up the forums with us all talking about what settings we are using and find quick around certain courses

    Formula GT is more realistic then the Ferrari F1, not enough people will have the money for the Ferrari.

    and if its anything other then the 2010 then that would count me out.

    Yeah, that's why I said Ferraris were easier, FGT is way closer to PC sim F1 than the Ferraris (albeit still far off), but more fun.
    Not sure if I'd go if its muscle cars, they're so cumbersome and the past two cars didn't handle greatly.

    I didn't mean realistic as in simulation, I mean for everyone to get lol.

    quite a few here only play GT5 for the league races and getting them to get a 10 plus million dollar car would be quite a task.

    All valid points guys but please remember a few things in your discussions

    The car needs to be drivable for all divisions and levels (within reason)

    With a lot of guys stretched for time, tuning on a Sunday won't be happening. The Sunday league has ways been about driving, not tuning.

    With 30 odd guys discussing car choices we are bound to get a hell of a lot of difference in what is suggested. We will go with the majority so please put forward your ideas if you haven't already .
