Yeah the V8SC would be fun but may put off some people or some kind of open wheeler would be good. The brief Formula C champs we had in between last season created some really good close racing, no brake lights didn't seem an issue but there would be no night racing.
We had an awesome run at nordschleife in the V8 Supercar mate and I think unfortunately we have a lot of drivers here that if they can't win they won't play look at the numbers drop this season and the Z4 was a easy car to drive but thats just my 2 cents
Wouldnt mind a road car this season, something different to change it up. Either a hot hatch like the Ford Focus RS, or a track day variant like the BAC Mono. If we go with a race car, then an LMP like the Marek would be pretty cool. Not all that interested in the V8 Supercar, feels like a yacht in a small harbour to drive
Hell yeah as soon as the tyres are up to temp it's an awesome race with lots of power Yeah it was awesome if you pushed it to hard it kicked out sideways massive amounts of fun
NASCAR so I can go fast and turn left! that and the V8SC would be cool. Once you adjust your driving style to either than they are nice to drive. Just don't think you can brake, turn-in, accelerate like a GT3 car and it'll be sweet as
Okay guys, even though i will 99% not be here ill give you guys some ideas after almost 600h of gameplay. F4 (Formula Gulf 1000) - Enjoyed this series the most, ran default tune doing the setup thing like what we did with last seasons car so fuel is the same and i think the car has 30L but it isn't as thirsty as most other cars so do take this into consideration. Cars had a really cool feeling to them through slow corners and made for some awesome close racing like the Ginetta GT4. Oreca 03 Nissan LMP2 - Easy to drive and would make a perfect season car. @N64TheStig007 I'm sure you agree . Ford FG V8 - Enjoyable to drive and would certainly mix up the pack a bit depending on track choice. G40 Junior - Awesome car for close racing and is quite slow so offers a fair bit of room for error. These are my main ideas, however I'm sure there are a few more cars i have forgotten or haven't driven enough.
That FG Once you get the hang of the Fg it is really rewarding to drive, Whereas the other season cars its like oh thats it yeah whens season (x) ? If the FG is too hard for people the Mustang Trans-am feels like a tamer and smoother version of it with less body role- Then the NASCAR in DLC feels like the Trans-am with more balls and a lot of handling Why not a 3 way? Supercar, Trans-am & NASCAR
once @seth123 realises that driving (insert season car here) still means he can't win a race, he will retire immediately ie mid-way through race 1 ...just to balance this post out, last time I remember seeing seth drive (other than F1 2016) was the viper '99 in the wet at bathurst on sports tyres... dat car control *drools* and most of the lap was in a slide and he won...
Who knows my disc won't even read on my PlayStation anymore hahah, we will see what happens those slides were for you 2 hours of sideways action God that would've been well over a year ago
I'm unlikely to be on the Grid for Season 6, HOWEVER if i was, and sadly there is still a chance if i can't get my PC in time, i would love the Ginetta Junior. It had a mega successful community event ran in it and with it's pace should produce some great door to door action as it's bigger brother did in Season 4. Easy to drive also means you can rock up with relatively low practice miles and still be a front-runner
Well I do fun racing every Friday night with a big field of cars and just wanna throw my car choices out there based on the fun factor. Ford escort is extremely fun and handles well in both weather conditions, even drivers that are not quite at div 1 pace were still extremely fast in it and certainly mixed the field up. Ford Sierra with boost turned right down is hands down the best car ever for close side by side racing and also easy to dive for all abilities. Ford Mustang road car is a hell of alot of fun straight outta the box but also can catch you out if u slack off a bit haha which is great to keep you awake. Obviously would be great to have a season in the v8 supercar, certainly would mix the field up. Also can't forget the frs scion....not a bad word can be spoken about this car
Yea I know which sucks but we just go by trust and it's pretty obvious to see whose cheating or not. But I know u can't police it in a series like this, I'd like to think no one would cheat but who knows. Have u tried the Mustang road car?
yeah, would love to be able to trust everyone.....locking the regs stops the temptation and also stops anyone from questioning anyone else as well. Havent tried the mustang yet....will in the next week......gumpert road was nice too
