So disappointing that we had such a miserable turn out last night. Was looking forward to the challenge of racing with very little practice. lol. Here's hoping the grids swells back to a decent size for the next run. Are we looking at bumping all the races back and re-running this one or just skipping on to the next?
thinkn we just ditch it & get on with the calender as planned, making Imola multi class on July 27 the next race
OP updated... the one advantage of small grids is that it increases the luridity of the chit chat in other news, all stalwarts in attendence on sat night have been awarded 10 bonus points each
we went to Le mans & did some testing as we only had 5 in the room.... be good to have you back next month!
Like I say to the missus, I'll probably have to pull out of this....... Other racing titles have peaked my interest and I want to spend more time on those, being F1 2019 and ACC. It's been bloody fun!
hmm tbh I'm getting a little less keen week by week. Maybe because the races are a month apart....not sure
designating tonights 2hours of Imola a dry race, see you there fellas. 7.30 kick off for quali/prac/testing with an 8pm race start https://darksky.net/forecast/44.3439,11.7119/us12/en
Bloody completely forgot about R-Tech tonight, with no practice and chucking a trusted setup at the Mercedes AMG off we went . It was a 3 way for the first 10 laps or , but it can down to Broomy and myself. It soon became apparent that we were both playing the fuel saving game and in the end after an epic race , Broomy won with me having to give up 1st to get it home on the last lap . Was an awesome battle.
