    I shared the livery as-is:

    You'll just need to add that style to your collection, load it from GT Auto, then in the Livery editor, replace the three #82 decals with whichever #42 decal (or separate #4 and #2 decals) you want - these can be searched from within the livery editor.

    You should then be able to save that new livery and use it - let me know if/when it works :)
