You can actually tune for a time trial. Go to your garage and create a set up for the car you want to TT.
Save the setup and then when you go to time trial, the saved setup will be the one on the car.

Holy can only do a 10.5 in the RUF have to go so slow through the dipper

Yeah it's so easy to spin through there. I lowered the tyre pressures abit and raised suspension a little it seemed to help through there but made it slightly understeery everywhere else.
Will try what ads said any play with the diff settings

Have a play with the dampers. If you're getting oversteer into or out of a corner (not wheelspin), adjust the slow and fast rebound dampers.
Slow rebound helps set the car on corner entry, fast rebound alters the behaviour over the kerbs. I've mostly tuned the tail happiness out of the Aston Martin. Will never fully eradicate it, but it's very driveable over the top of the mountain.
Also if you're finding the rear end jumping out under brakes, reduce brake pressure slightly. Make sure you have enough to stop it into the Chase though!

Thanks for the tips, it seems to be really oversteery off the throttle through the esses and into the dipper, will almost certainly spin everytime if your on the brakes into the dipper.
Seems fine on corner exit and high speed corners, and stable under heavy braking

Thanks guys finally Found a good stable setup adjusted the dampers and decel on the lsd as you guys suggested and doing consistent mid 2:07s with a best so far of 2:06.9, damn can't wait for this series to start.

Just done a flying lap (only one) in the RUF at default and I can see what you mean going through the dipper but still push out 2.07:906 and for my own lap time in the Z4 is now 2.06:711

@Fastboysmith are you on a wheel or controller?

lol, guys, you need to go and test the other tracks. Doing 15 million laps at Bathurst doing 206s means nothing at Monza, or Donington, or Nurb GP.

It's just to see where everyone's at so ads can make up the rooms I think.
Everyone knows bathurst well so I guess that's why he choose bathurst.
I'm pretty sure the RUF will be better at some of the other tracks with out all the bumpy corners.
