    What about the 07 M3 coupe? It can be painted and wheels changed, plus it's a good handler to boot.

    just did some testing in each of the 4 available M3 road cars and this is my judgement of them.

    M3, 04. - 2:15.010
    car has excellent balance and you gain a lot of trust in it quickly. you can really drive this car on the edge but it is also the slowest available. 3 star rating :)


    M3, 07. - 2:14.100
    car feels heavy and sluggish. has slight understeer and snap oversteer. even though it is faster than the 03' model it feels like a train too stop and isnt that great to drive compaired to the others. 2 star rating :)



    M3 CSL. - 2:11.8
    excellent balance and feel, turns in great and the brakes are great. great all round package.
    44 star rating :)


    M3 GTR 03'. - 2:09.9
    by far the best M3 IMO ! Brakes are as good as the CSL if not better, it has the most power out of the bunch and has the best sound by far ! it is also the only car that requires 5th gear twice in the lap.
    5 star rating :)



    so my vote goes to the M3 GTR its the best car IMO. I hope this helps :)

    Tuning prohibited
    Abs and traction control allowed, all other aids off
    Edge grip - real
    Draft - real
    Damage - light
    10 min qually starting at 8:30, race start 8:40
