Try the following:
- Ride height near maximum
- Zero camber and toe
- Differential settings all near minimum
- Downforce low to medium
From the testing done so far, there seems to be a compromise between raw lap times and tire wear. Making one less pit stop may be the difference between first and last.
Also, I was mistaken earlier in suggesting the pit entry was before Turn 3. After watching some footage the entry is actually on the Start/Finish straight.
