GT6 [Completed] - 400PPC Classic Street Event - Japanese Championship

Apart from my gas pedal being stuck at 100% for the first race , the rest of the races were a blast! Last race, second to sixth separated by less than a second.

Had a look at the Fuji replay, just some misjudgements from @mmm_homebrew (who waited but not long enough) and @BMWF30328 (it was Slambo's line).

BTW @emmo46 , N64 should be 11th in race 3.

I thought I heard something last night about me but didn't know what you guys where talking about.
But if it was Fuji when bmw tried to pass but went off track, I didn't block him I was just holding the inside line around the corner at a very slow 133hp pace he screamed up behind me and passed wide off the track then went to deep under brakes and spun himself out.

First race was fun, you had me worried lucky I had saved up NOS 1 more lap you might of got me.
the other tracks where frustrating when your at least 50kph slower on the straights.
Looking forward to some more short tracks where I might have a chance.

Gotta love these old RWD buzz boxes with NOS. The power oversteer button. My Celica had 181bhp, with 100% nitrous boost that's like 362.

I believe the value is a percentage of the Engine's raw power. More powerful cars (with bigger engines) have a maximum of 50%. So I gathered this is what it means.
So 100% is basically doubling the power of the engine when you press the button. I have no idea what it does to torque figures, but the instant wheelspin would suggest it is being increased quite a lot too.

It's lucky the game isn't more realistic, otherwise we'd be rebuilding the engine between races throwing that much nitrous in there.

Power is a function of torque which is P=omega*T in equation form and is illustrated by the power and torque curves.
This means if you double the torque-T [Nm] you also double the power-P [Watts] at the same engine speed-omega [RPM/(2*pi*60)].
