GT5 501-Make Sprint Challenge Series 1

here's the final batch of pics from race 3 of the last round, hope ya like em!

Well guys sorry about today's round, small turn out and I didn't organize it properly to have better racing.
It's trial and error as we go... I'm working on new reg's, BHP and weight will replace PP or just have to restrict to one model, also.

Great driving today trusty! Thanks for showing up flood, aza and trusty. Shame stumbles and Miki couldn't make it.

What's up guys, good weekend?

Round 8 of the 501 was set to run on the 17th at normal, however with round 1 of the Enduro Series coming up on the 17th at 4:30pm aest what do you guys think about round 8 of the 501 being held on Sunday the 18th?
How many of you think you can make these two events?

Is it a 2 week break until GTLOZ season 5?

Unfortunately i'm away that weekend, so I won't be able to make either of those events sorry Seido.

I didn't know that anything had been decided on for season 5 yet?

thanks flood, yea I remember you posted up before I think, saying you'll be away. That's a shame man.

I don't know what has been decided for season 5 but I think it's usually a 2-3 week break between each?

Just wish I could get more of you guys into it... it's nearly over anyway. I've got a good few ideas for the next series... it may be 501 series 2 with some mods or something completely different...but still running fortnightly.

Respect to Aza, he's been to each round so far! cheers man!

DATE: Sunday the 18th September from 3pm aest.15 mins prac/15 mins qualy.
Tyres: Sports Medium
Suspension: Fixed Sports
Race 1: 7 laps
Race 2: 10 laps

Well only 3 of us showed today. Myself, aza and koastr. It turned out to be more of a quick fun run than anything else.
I enjoyed pushing my evo round Deep Forest reverse, it's a challenging track and especially on fixed sports suspension and sports medium tyres.

It was a shame more drivers didn't show... I think it could have been a real fun couple of sprint races.

oh well, on to round 9!

The 9th round at Cape Ring has been canceled due to heavy damage caused by Wednesday's typhoon... haha

So the Following round will be:

Round 9 (Final). Grand Valley East (Reverse)

DATE: Tuesday the 11th of October from TBA aest
Model: Ferrari F430 Scuderia '07 (600pp)
Tyres: Sports Medium
Suspension: Fixed Sports


Please do your best to get to the track and let's make this a great final round for the 501-Make series!

I'm thinking of moving the race date to the afternoon/night of the 11th (Tuesday)
I have that Monday and Tuesday off and am moving the race day in hope to get more drivers on the grid for the 501's final round.
