You would be the most likely to go up a div based on performance even if M00n did get past you this week, your 3 wins from 4 races singles you out as a candidate ahead of him.

No, but the team captains can select up to three of their current team at their current price to prevent others from bidding. we don't get a choice, if another team leader buys us then you go to their team.
