Just a brief outline on the Teams Championship Most drivers signed up to race in the new season of GT7 will be selected in a draft system by the 4 Team Captains in a behind the scenes process which will see them signed to one of the 4 teams. The entire process is completed prior to season start. This determines the teams for the upcoming season and points accumulated by the drivers goes towards the teams championship (like constructors champ in F1 for example) Teammates can help each other out with driving tips, strategy etc. Like a bunch of little communities in our big community I find it brings along some more healthy competition while still endeavouring to help out anyone who needs it. Rules: Each team will have 2 main drivers in each division, and the rest will be reserve drivers with selection being completed via a draft (The Captain can either be a main or reserve in their division) The 2 main drivers will score points for their team each round (the reserve drivers points are substituted in for a main driver if they do not start) Drivers have no say in their team selection. (but they may be listed as a privateer) Reserves are privateers. Each Captain will take part in a draft process via PM, PSN, FB messenger etc Only drivers who have indicated their interest in the Entry List Threads or been placed into a division thread may be drafted Drivers who join mid-season will be privateers Drop Round At the end of the season, each team will drop their round which had the lowest point score Team Longevity Team captains may choose to keep drivers into the following season if they wish, however drivers may request to be placed back into the draft if they wish. Information will be sent to the team Captains privately on when/how to start the draft. Teams and their drivers will be updated here accordingly so keep an eye out

I really am not sure if I will have enough time or skill or even knowledge to commit a lot to this. I honestly still learning other parts of administration without taking on a responsibility that I have no idea what to do.
I didn't either mate, I took over BHR in my 3rd rooz season, all of the other team captains will be more than helpful! It really isn't as difficult as it looks
