A race of consistency was the winning factor.
Qualified 8th, then off the grid someone ahead false started, and I noticed even though they ghosted, contact was made, so I lifted to avoid creating any further issues which meant I was 10th by turn 1.
I was happy to not be too aggressive and just watch and wait as others had battles and allowed me to slip past.
In the late first half I caught the
@T F Eccles &
@tolley__ battle and almost made is past feccles but ran wide letting him back through.
I thought
@leeboy910 had it in the bag until the pitstops where he took tyres.
From there I caught drivers as they made errors in the final section making a main straight slipstream and T1 pass a constant source of positions.
I didn't feel like I deserved to win on pace, but I'll take it on consistency.
