PS ACC Season 5.2 - GT3 Series 7 Rounds - 4 Heats, 2 Semi Finals, 1 Grand Finale This is an individual series, not a teams championship! This is one of our last opportunities to race together prior to the update when PS4 & PS5 will be split. This is to be a somewhat casual series, away from the seriousness of a Teams Championship season. Heat Races Drivers can signup to race in any server for the Heats. There is no class or division. The qualifying and Race results will be used to rank competitors. Drivers will need to compete in 1 of the heats prior to the Semi Finals. Semi-Finals Drivers will be placed into A, B & C splits determined by their ranking. Top 3 finishes from Split B & C will be promoted to the higher split, the bottom 3 from A & B will be relegated. Grand Final There will be an A, B & C Grand Final with the winner of each split taking all. Event Rules Pitstops: 1 Tyres: Mandatory Fuel: Optional Pit Window: 10mins (compulsory pit stop between 25 - 35 minutes) Driver Ranking The driver ranking will be calculated from a combined ranking from the qualifying and race results. The qualifying ranking will be calculated from the combined results of all servers, eg 1st to 40th. The race ranking will be calculated from the results of individual server, eg 1st - 20th. The ranking will be weighted in favour of drivers that compete in a greater number of races, using the following formula: # of Events - # of Event Completed —---------------------------------------------- + 1 # of Events Gold Member As we continue to rely on paid servers, Gold Membership is still a requirement to compete in this series. When you signup on the forum you will see a banner under your name that shows you are a gold member. You will need to be a Gold Member to gain access to channels in discord that relate to this series. Race Signup Each race will have its own signup through discord. For the 4 heats, drivers will be able to sign up for any of the servers. Use this as an opportunity to race with your close mates or to race against people you would not normally race against.
