I think that was when I thought we were going to have a grippy race car... but the tyres selected didn't create that in S12 so I definitely want something with more grip this time around

If you enter the pits in the race, you can only pick a tyre to change to that is in the same category (e.g. if you went in on racing hards, you can only pick a tyre from the 'racing' category). It's annoying but oh well.
