OK guys, I know has been a long wait for this season but we are not far from starting now. MEET AND GREET ON SUNDAY THE 6TH FEB ! Thanks to everyone who has entered, we are looking again at 2 full divs with now (as of friday night) 30 drivers. Obviously the car is the KTM X-Bow GT4. Its very neutral, good to race and should be a lot of fun. There is also some interest from @Adam Parsons on streaming and commentating Div 1, so he is going to see 'if' he can make it work for him, and 'if' the servers will let us.... will see how that pans out. We have a track list sorted along with 99% of the regs for those races. Just need to test a few little things. Will be 7 rounds, with a round that has wet weather, sprint round will be twilight, into the dark for race 2, and a 24hr cycle enduro, along with the usual 4 rounds with the compulsory stop. Tyre wear is again "accelerated", so up to you if you want to take tyres in your stop. You may also mix tyre compounds at your stop, as there is no way for us to police it otherwise. From our testing, we hope we have a decent mix of tracks that suit the car and promote 'racing' !! All i would add before the season starts, there have been a few issues with people getting DSC from lobbies. Im not sure if its a PS5/PS4 compatibility thing, but might be worth while doing some speed tests and making sure you connection is as solid as it can be for the season, and dare i say it, trying to keep family from streaming at the same time you want to race .. Maybe we can test a different weather setting than "sync to race" for the wet round?? They are very easy to predict when weather comes in/goes away etc, might just throw a curveball or two changing the progression setting?
tried exactly that a few nights ago with ads.... The rain never came at all.... it seemed to get stuck on the one weather setting
