    just a heads up if you use RSR, youl need to disable it for this race. It detects a cut on T1 & the audio gets quite annoying

    Just got my fanatec shifter and handbrake,shifter solid build lot of weight looks good gate feels bit weird though and the gear knob's wobble a bit and doesn't take much to unscrew it while shifting if you have a monkey grip like me but being able to adjust tension or swap between H pattern or seq on the fly is a welcome feature and easy to do.
    Hand brake well it's a bit of a disappointment super light plastic with a grip like a pool noodle and the axis is really really short more movement with a flight stick I'd guess but it does have a nice resistance and plenty of mounting options.

    Biggest let down is the cable lengths these cables are super short how they will be able to reach the wheel (shifter) and pedals (handbrake) is beyond me.
    So if you are in the market for a handbrake I'd suggest dsd or heukensveild (how ever it's spelt) if you have the cash if not this will do the job but the same quality as the rest of the clubsport range just isn't there at all as for the shifter I will need to use it in a few races to get used to the gate and play around if tension but as of now feels more spongey then mechanical

    Nice to meet you guys last night. Is that how you guys run the track on race night? green with a fast grip-up? can I expect it to be around 100% at the end of qual?

    Yeah it grips up too 100% pretty quickly. Not sure how much of that transfers over to the race start.
    Usually only takes a lap or 2 for it to get back up to full grip though
