Each Captain will get $100 (which does not go to their next season budget if un-spent) to bid on 2 of the remaining unsigned drivers. Details for bidding will be sent to the Captains.

Rhyse there is 1 round of bidding currently raking place to try and place all the remaining drivers....even if you are not bid on and signed to a team, Hatfield will allocate you to a team after round 1
