I still like the idea of the GP setup that Eastern creek has, and if we book the time, there is no waiting!
sorry guys, i have completely dropped the ball on this..... Does someone want to take it on as far as getting prices, sorting dates and booking? Turbo ???? I think the 9th of feb will work for me
Aaaawwwww. Someone young enough to still use the ....and a half years old. LOL I cant remember the last time I used that.
Not likely,i might be 45,but i weigh only 55kg! I could've been a jockey except i grew to 5'8",or 173cm for you young one's. Better go on a diet Mid! LOL So who's taken up the organisation?
I did show some interest last year but now ive got a mortgage so wont be holidaying for a while.....don't forget to take pics if it happens.
Going to revive this thread as I was bitten by the karting bug today and now I'm hooked. We should, now with a lot more members be able to hook something up, not to mention we have more sponsors onboard too. Anyway, had two runs today with 13 hp karts, so much fun! First run was ok but a lot of my laps were spent trying to avoid contact with other drivers. Second run was much better, the rear had no grip compared to last time, nothing like overtaking someone around the outside on opposite lock! Also, I was using kart #51. Eerie stuff.
Things are about to settle down a little for me in the next few weeks so I could probably do something here. Who was keen ?
Went karting on Saturday at UKS with @razor4797, and he kicked my arse, though I'll blame it on my "extra ballast" lol. I think whilst the track may not provide the "freedom" of a track like Eastern Creek, I think UKS would be a better fit for a ROOZ corporate day. http://ultimatekartingsydne1-px.rtrk.com.au/corporate-events
