    I was kinda hoping too. $1400 dollars of equipment not working would’ve have been a deal breaker for me.

    About time they're finally learning - I guess they don't have to worry about all those cross-brand wheels from the PS3/360 era. Which is exactly the kind of Fanatec wheel I have (PS3 + X360 + PC support) which wasn't supported on PS4 at all except for when pCARS on PS4 worked with it just fine. A long time later I got a Cronus Max adapter which extended support so now there's hope that will also work with next-gen

    This news made me so happy thanks having a massive outlay on gear. Would have been extremely disappointed if they didn't allow support for wheels and bases that are currently available (especially gear like the higher end Fanatec gear).
